Every event has to deal with a variety of unexpected events. A stressful work environment at events often leaves little time to check all areas for quality and safety.

New event formats cannot yet rely on empirical values.

Established events often have the problem that measures that have already been introduced are not revised and adapted to the current status.

In order to identify problems and weak points, but also to check the effectiveness of existing measures, an empirical, systematic and factual evaluation is required.
